Description
Black Swans indicate deep mysteries within us that are longing to be set free to express themselves creatively � perhaps through art, poetry, or music. Symbolism for a black swan is transformation.... It is said that a swan sings only once in her lifetime, & that is right before she dies. I had hidden away my artistic talents for over 20 years. I let the most important part of me die. My art & poetry is the biggest part of who I am & expresses the person inside. I call this self portrait "Inside Out"

It was sad that you kept your artistic talent bottled up for 20 years. Like fine red wine it grew better with time waiting to be released. But now you have released your talent. And the world is better for it. Great art improves the world. Put a stick of charcoal in your hands and a piece of paper in front of you and soon something beautiful will appear.
