Just amazing!! Carla, you make me want to start drawing again....;)
Carla Carson replied:
It feels good to pick up the pencil & brush up again after 20+ long years. I enjoy charcoal now out of all mediums. Thank you again Saija, & I absolutely love your photography! Carla :)
Emna Bonano
Love this ......... An amazing piece of art.
Carla Carson replied:
Thank you Emna. He was a difficult piece for me. I dont have much patience & all those staps & buckles were driving me mad! lol It was challenging though, & I always try & do things that dont come very easy for me. Hands are hard for me, but I keep doing them now so they wont be so hard. Now people seem to comment on some of my hands in alot of my pictures & how good they are??? go figure. Sorry off topic, & babbling.... Again, thank you so much, your very kind, Carla :)

I know each piece is like a child that you labor to give birth to
Carla Carson replied:
That is so very true Gerry. I do struggle with each piece because Im always challenging myself to try different things. Some pieces are emotionally painful........ I have to say it, but this is the roughest time of my entire life.... but my art helps to get me through, you know? Thank you Gerry, for all your wonderful compliments, that also helps get me through....... :) Carla

stunning detail. you have an incredible eye!!
Carla Carson replied:
Thank you Gerry! I'm so fussy with the pictures I draw. You would think the world would end if I didnt get it right,or I was performing brain surgery on someone! ha ha ha. Every picture you see & that I have done I pretty much wanted to throw away during my drawing of it! I can even fuss with them weeks & months later with them. II still struggle & fuss my way through each picture.
